Ruth loves taking photos when she can, but she does not currently have her own camera to do so. She has taken photography lessons at summer camp and loves getting behind the lens. She would love to be able to develop her skills as a photographer with a new camera of her own.

Ruth is a girl from Central America who recently entered the program. She is an empathetic, humble, and reserved girl. She likes to bake, ride her bicycle to the park, and eat oranges off the tree in her backyard. Ruth is eager to learn the language and has been working hard to learn new words and phrases. Now she is interested in learning how to play the piano.
