Rosie was born in foster care while her mother was also in foster care. She is a sweet girl who can be quite shy when meeting new people. Rosie loves to be read to and enjoys playing quiet games with her mom. Although she has some developmental delays and participates in various therapies, she always maintains a positive attitude, even when the work becomes challenging. Rosie is truly a joy to be around.

Rosie and her mom just moved to a new apartment after living in foster care together since Rosie was born! It has been a significant shift for her. Rosie has some special needs and can be very particular about what clothes she feels comfortable in when she goes to her various therapies. She and her mom would love to shop for things that will work since the weather is warming up and get her weather-appropriate clothes to make this transition fun and exciting! She will be so excited for the opportunity to pick out some new items just for her!
