Cooper enjoys exploring nature, playing cards, and being around others. Living in foster care has been tough for Cooper, and he has been in and out of crisis several times, but he continues to maintain a positive attitude. He aspires to be a heart surgeon someday. Cooper likes to share his humor with the world through his silly jokes. He is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child!
Cooper has a big birthday coming up! Unfortunately, he does not get to leave the residential facility very often and has no family to celebrate with. He would love to go to his favorite restaurant, Chili’s. This wish will get him a lovely birthday dinner full of strawberry lemonade, fajitas, and most importantly a chocolate molten cake!
