Cooper has a big birthday coming up! Unfortunately, he does not get to leave the residential facility very often and has no family to celebrate with. He just had a birthday wish granted to take a trip to Chili's and is asking that he bring someone with him. This would really make the outing extra special.
Cooper is 16 years old and lives in ME
Cooper recently moved into a residential foster care placement. Cooper loves music, specifically 1980’s. Copper enjoys exploring nature, exchanging playing cards, and being around others. Living in foster care has been hard for Cooper, and he has been in and out of crisis several times, but he continues to have a good attitude. He wants to be a Heart Surgeon someday. Cooper likes to share his humor with the world through his silly jokes. Cooper is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child!
