Foster Parent Association of WilkesSummer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
Summer desperately needs some relief for her skin! She’s tired of cracked and itchy skin. This will help relieve her eczema symptoms and help her feel better and ready to tackle the school day!
