Emelina, 24 years old, AZ

Emelina works full-time at a daycare and has a passion for working with young children. As the oldest of five, she was parentified at a young age and has taken care of her siblings.

Emelina needs a microwave for her new apartment. She will be transitioning out of a group home and into her first home. She worked hard and saved up money for this move and has already bought a few necessities and utilized her Christmas wishes for appliances. One of the last things she would benefit from is a microwave.
