Francine is graduating from middle school this summer and is super excited! She is also nervous about going to a new school next year. She will love this dress that she can then wear to another big party that she is going to this summer since she has to wear black. This will be the perfect party dress for her!

Francine is a really special little girl who has always tried to help take care of her younger siblings. She tries hard in school even though it doesn't come easy to her. She is a very quiet and thoughtful child. People are lucky to get the chance to know her!
