Summer wishes for a hanging birdbath to put outside her window. This will allow her to look outside and watch the birds in her yard. She will enjoy keeping an eye on the latest bird activity. This will bring her calmness and joy all summer long!
Summer is 17 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
