CASA IN - Gibson CountyHeather is a lovely young lady who currently lives in a foster home without her siblings. She is the oldest in her sibling group and takes care of her younger siblings. Heather is very girly and loves hair, nails, clothes, and makeup. She is very shy when you first meet her, but she eventually warms up and is a joy to be around. Heather is a great student and is on the honor roll.
Heather is thrilled to be wrapping up her 6th grade year. She's eager to spend time outdoors with her loved ones and friends. Having grown since last summer, Heather is in dire need of some fresh summer attire.
