She is fully dependent on her foster parents. She explores everything around her, enjoys watching television, and playing on her tablet, she also enjoys playing with her music box. As per foster mom, Lylah loves music and will say "I want to dance" when she wants the radio on. Lylah loves to splash on the wading pool outside when the weather is nice.
Lylah is a growing teenager who loves to dance and listen to music. Lylah will benefit from new clothing as she continues to grow. She is a teenager with lifelong needs and is dependent on her foster parents. Lylah needs to be comfortable in the items that she wears.
