A bed for Quinlyn to replace the old bunkbed she shares with her sister

Posted Jun 13, 2023
Quinlyn is currently on the bottom bunk of an old rickety bunk bed she has to share with a sister. She complains daily she can't sleep well because her sister tosses and turns and the bed creaks and moves which wakes her up. She wants to be separated from her sister and move to the other side of the room and have a space that she can call her own and decorate how she likes. And finally get a good night's sleep! She would love her own twin bed that has storage drawers under it to store her books and art supplies

Quinlyn is 10 years old and lives in WI

Quinlyn is very independent and never bored as she can always find something to do on her own. She is rather shy. She's starting to come out of her shell and a lot of that has to do with gymnastics. She absolutely loves gymnastics and only got into it after she watched YouTube videos and learned how to do things like a cartwheel, round-off, backend, and walkover all on her own. She is now in a program and her instructor stated she's very advanced. Quinlyn's ultimate goal is to make it to the Olympics for gymnastics. She's very serious about this and practices every day. As the youngest, she takes a lot from the two older ones and is always last when it comes to anything. The one thing she hates being last at is bathroom time. She's very orderly and clean and by the time she gets into the bathroom, the other two have made a mess. It's a real issue with her.
