Michael is in need of a new phone as his older iPhone is starting to experience glitches. Although Michael wishes to keep his current iPhone, its age is causing it to malfunction. Having a new phone would greatly benefit Michael in communicating with his loved ones, friends, and service providers.
Michael is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Michael is a respectful young man who is currently enrolled at Montclair State University, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology.
