Dianna is an amazing mother who has worked hard to get ahead in life and has become very independent after aging out of care. She is highly organized and loves to keep things in order. Although being a single mom is a struggle, she manages to overcome challenges and always puts her best foot forward. Dianna takes joy in bringing happiness to others and is constantly finding ways to help her friends in need.

Dianna is desperately in need of a phone. She is diligently seeking employment, which involves many phone calls and emails. Her current phone is so badly broken she can not make calls or receive incoming calls. Dianna's daughter is back in school and is having behavioral issues, which require the school to be in ongoing contact. Having a way to stay in touch with potential employers and the school will ensure she gets communication promptly. Knowing she can contact others in an emergency, job search, and check in on her daughter will be a relief to Dianna.
