She is very smart for her age and does very well in school and her teachers always say she is a good helper with the other students. She likes to read and was the 2nd highest reader in her class. She loves to make her friends and family smile and laugh because she says everyone should be as happy as she is. She is being raised by her grandparents who are on a fixed income but will do anything in the world to see her happy!
Avelina's grandma is having a tough time affording school supplies for her grandkids because she's not getting enough work hours. It would mean the world to the family to have a wish granted that will prepare Avelina for school!
