Mellie is the youngest of three girls in her family, with a baby brother on the way. She loves playing with Barbies with her sisters and coloring pictures to hang on her soon-to-be baby brother's wall. She has the brightest blue eyes, and she’s very proud of the front tooth she recently lost, making the cutest smile. She wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up because she loves animals.

Mellie was so thrilled when she laid eyes on this backpack - she knew it was the perfect one for her! It's her very first 'big girl' backpack, and she's over the moon that she gets to choose it herself. As the youngest in her family, Mellie often gets hand-me-downs, including backpacks, so having one that's just hers is extra special. She can't stop smiling as she talks about all the fun she'll have at her new school and all the new friends she'll make.
