She has lived with her brother in a relative's home with her cousins since birth. They are moving out of their relative’s home and into a new apartment with their kinship foster parent and her two daughters.
Rachel is moving into a new home and is a very curious girl. This kit will keep her safe in her new space and will give everyone peace of mind, knowing there is nothing to worry about with all the locks and safety in place.
