Summer wishes to create an indoor succulent flower pot for her bedroom. She would like to take a trip to Lowe’s to pick out her succulents and special potting soil. This will spruce up her bedroom and show her love for flowers.
Summer is 17 years old and lives in NC
Summer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
