Oliver is a special little boy with a beautiful smile and a huge personality. Oliver is living in a kinship home with his aunt and foster brother. Oliver may be small, but he's mighty and fierce when it comes to his belly laughs and his continuous attempts to crawl. Oliver is sweet, cheerful, and a major cuddler.
