Oliver may be small, but he's mighty and fierce when it comes to his belly laughs and his continuous attempts to crawl. Oliver is sweet, cheerful, and a major cuddler.
Oliver has numerous doctor's appointments and he needs a stroller that will allow his aunt to take him and his younger foster brother to all their appointments. This stroller will be reliable and grow with Oliver over the years. This will be an amazing help to his family.
