CEDARS Youth ServicesLeilany is a cute and loving little girl. She loves being held by her grandmother and being taken on walks around the neighborhood. Leilany is often seen laughing and smiling.
Leilany was placed with her grandmother a couple of months ago. She was placed with an infant carrier car seat. Over just a couple of months time, she has continued to grow and needs to transition into a convertible car seat!
