Maliya is an incredible young woman who has faced an extraordinary amount of loss and trauma in her life, much more than any child should have to endure. She is currently in foster care. Despite her struggles in forming connections and her tendency to keep to herself, Maliya is a remarkably bright and affectionate young lady. Once she opens up, she is incredibly funny, quick-witted, and an all-around joy to be around!

Maliya and her siblings ae currently doing unsupervisied visits with their mother. She drives two hours to come and see them and does their visits in the community. She is always looking for fun things for them to do but it can get expensive with four kiddos. She would love to be able to take them to the Pumpkin Patch this October!
