Justin wishes to dress up as the Plague Doctor for Halloween so he can celebrate. He plans to attend a Halloween party with his friends and have a blast. He has never really had a fun Halloween in the past and he is really excited about this.
Justin is 14 years old and lives in NC
Justin came into care scared and alone. He is adjusting to his new foster home and enjoys outings with them, going to the library, ice cream, and playing family board games. He is a quiet young man that is easy to get along with. He is adjusting to his new school and wants all the changes to stop. He is ready for things to be normal and plain. He enjoys listening to music, watching tv, and petting the dog.
