Foster Parent Association of WilkesTray is a sweet boy who has been through a lot in his short life. He has already undergone heart surgery, eats through a G-tube, and is learning how to eat. It looks like he will be in long-term foster care placement. He is starting to make progress and show much improvement because of the commitment and dedication his foster family has shown. He loves being talked to, cuddling his silky blanket, and being rocked.
Tray is a delightful kid who is hoping to become a happy dinosaur for Halloween. This a fun inflatable dinosaur outfit that's sure to bring him lots of joy. Tray's really looking forward trick-or-treating and collecting loads of candy. With this costume, he will be all set to have a fantastic time celebrating the holiday.
