The Bair FoundationSamantha has been through much in her life and was recently placed in a loving home with her foster mom. She was very shy and scared at first but quickly came out of her shell. Samantha loves to do make-up and listen to music. She is doing well in school now and is looking into signing up for an art class at the local YMCA.
Samantha has not been used to having much in her life and for the first time, she is finally getting a chance to be a young teenage girl. She loves to practice her make up and paint her nails. She likes to change colors every other day. A nail kit of her own would be a fun way for her to do this as often as she would like!
