Michelle is an outstanding young woman. She loves to write poetry and eat spicy food. She is on a gymnastics team that she absolutely excels in. She lives with her grandparents and takes a lot of pride in taking care of them while also getting great grades in school. She wants to be an author when she grows up, hoping to publish a poetry book in the next five years.

Self care can be a variety of tasks as long as the act is out of love for yourself. Michelle is just learning how to love herself and the skin that she’s in. She’s been practicing taking mindfulness baths, as her therapist suggested, because who doesn’t love a nice calming bath. It’s really been helping her relax and slowly learn to properly care for herself as she’s always used all her power to care for others and left herself for last. This beautiful basket of all different skincare from lotions to masks will be so helpful in aiding her in this process.
