Bree wishes for a workbook to help her work through some difficult stress and anxiety. This will teach her exercises and techniques she can use daily to take some of the heavy feelings off. This self-help book is something she really wants to work through.
Bree is 20 years old and lives in NC
Bree is a beautiful young lady that has had an extraordinary amount of grief and loss in her life and because of those personal losses, she now has been placed into the foster care system. Her father passed away from Covid-19 and she has no family left. She loves animals and she hopes to finish high school and go to college. Bree is looking for some peace and strength during this very difficult time in her life.
