Noreen is such a creative person! She's a big fan of being behind the scenes for school plays. And lately, she's started to really enjoy producing her own plays. If she could get a Target gift card, it would be super helpful for her to make her own sets and costumes. This wish will help her bring her creative vision to life!
Noreen is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Noreen loves the arts. She was on the stage crew last year in Middle School. She prefers not to have speaking parts but loves being around musicals and plays. She is the oldest of her siblings and like most children in care she has had some setbacks and difficulties. Noreen excels in school and does her best to get wonderful grades so that she can one day go to college.
