Therapeutic Interagency ProgramOyler is a sweet boy with big, bright eyes. He was born positive to substances, so he has struggled in some of his development, but has a sweet personality. He loves to eat and take walks outside when the weather is nice.
Oyler loves to be outside on walks but since moving to his grandma's house recently he no longer has a stroller. This will be a huge help to him and his family since it is one of the places where he is happiest. He is a sweet boy with some delays, but always finds joy in the great outdoors.
