JR regrets not dressing up for Halloween and has really been upset about it. He wishes for an after Halloween costume to have some fun with. This will help him feel better down inside and will help him feel he didn’t miss out. This dinosaur costume will make him very happy and being him a lot of joy.
JR is 14 years old and lives in NC
JR is a bouncy young man that loves to play outside and getting dirty. His favorite color is orange and he likes spending his time watching movies. JR also enjoys puzzles, video games, remote control cars, and dirt bikes. He is a high paced high energy kind of guy that loves being on the go. He is in long term foster care and has adjusted well.
