Oaks Integrated CareElio is in his first foster home with his siblings. Elio is extremely close to his family and is having a difficult time being in care. Elio loves sports, reading, and playing video games.
Elio would love to be able to pick out new winter clothes. He currently does not have any since they were left behind when he got placed in foster care. He never asks for anything, and this wish would be a wonderful surprise for him. Elio would be so happy and grateful if his wish for new clothes were granted.
