Oaks Integrated CareElio is in his first foster home with his siblings. Elio is extremely close to his family and is having a difficult time being in care. Elio loves sports, reading, and playing video games.
Elio is in need of warm winter boots and accessories for the winter. He currently does not have any boots to keep him warm. He also is in need of hats and gloves. He would love to be able to go to Target and pick them out.
