During her childhood, she faced many challenges within her family of origin, which ultimately led to her placement in the foster care system. Despite these difficult experiences, Shauntay has shown remarkable resilience and strength as she has aged out of the system.

Shauntay has big goals this year for keeping her apartment clean and tidy, which helps her, and the kids maintain stability. Right now, cleaning is made more difficult by not having the correct supplies. A small vacuum would really make a big difference!
