Zelma wishes for a personalized wooden letter piggy bank to help her save her change. This will help her learn to save up for something special and keep her room more organized. Having a special place to put her money will give her a visual to remind her to drop her extra money in.
Zelma is 12 years old and lives in NC
Zelma loves My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, and Minnie Mouse. She also likes to watch cartoons, play with her sisters, and sit in her foster mom's lap. She is attached to her blanket, loves candy, and is looking forward to going to school. She has adjusted well to foster care and loves having her sisters around. Zelma came into care with a large sibling group; she is happy to stay with her sisters and has adjusted well. Routine and schedule have really helped her.
