Another amazingly generous supporter is underwriting the cost of all of the longest-waiting wishes, so this wish is just $25 – today only! *** Tony is a bright and responsible young man who recently came into the foster care system. He has adapted well to his new home and has developed a love for sports such as soccer, track, and weightlifting. As he participates in these activities, he has accumulated a lot of new athletic gear and clothing. The state has been able to provide him with these items, but he is in need of a larger dresser to keep them all organized. This particular dresser has a multi-color RGB LED backlight that can be controlled by button which will allow him to have a small light in his room at night.
Anthony is 17 years old and lives in NM
Anthony is a very bright young man that moved to the US less than a year ago. He is very skilled with computers and has found engineering to be what he will work on as a career. Anthony is a survivor of human trafficking and is working through is trauma. He is working diligently to learn English and learning a new language as a late teen is a challenge within itself, let alone assimilating to a new country. Anthony recently moved into a foster home after jumping between homeless shelters and is hoping to find stability. Thankfully, this new home is a Spanish speaking household with a foster mom who also immigrated to the US at a young age and is happy to provide the support and individual attention Anthony needs to become an interdependent young person.
