A laptop for Sabrina to assist with schoolwork and organization

Posted Jan 19, 2024
Sabrina's goal of attending college would be one step closer with the gift of a laptop. A laptop would help set her up for success by providing her with a device where she can complete her school work online. Sabrina has a fascination with science, especially biology. A laptop would help her stay organized, along with accessing her courses and resources while attending her senior year of high school and transitioning to college.

Sabrina is 17 years old and lives in CA

Sabrina entered the foster care system due to concerns abuse. Due to these hardships and challenges, she has faced incredible mental and physical instability. However, she has been able to persevere through it all and focus on her studies and academic accomplishments. Her motivation stems from her desire to obtain better control of her own atmosphere. The desire to branch out from high school and go to college motivates her to strive for the best education she can get. With five International Baccalaureate (IB) classes and a maintained GPA above 4.0, Sabrina is also a well-rounded student participating in extracurricular activities, such as being president of her high school Academic Team and playing the violin in the high school orchestra.
