Elinzon didn't speak English when he was placed in foster care, but he has worked so hard, and now English is his second language. Elinzon has worked hard in school. He has taken advantage of every opportunity presented to him while in foster care. Elinzon wants to go to college when he graduates and study fashion design and cosmetology.
Elinzon has been trying to get his GED but has been having a rough time understanding the GED book that he was given. His first language is Spanish, and he has been studying and working hard to learn English. He has mastered many words but continues to struggle in other areas. The Spanish GED book would be a tremendous help for him.
Chesapeake Department of Human Services requests this wish for Elinzon.
