Oyler is a sweet boy with big, bright eyes. He was born positive to substances, so he has struggled in some of his development, but has a sweet personality. He loves to eat and take walks outside when the weather is nice.

Oyler is becoming more active and his grandma wants to be able to keep an eye on him to make sure he is safe when he is in his room. A smart baby monitor with a camera will be a big help since sometimes it is hard for her to hear. She will be able to see him as well, which gives her a lot of comfort.
