Shauntay has dealt with endless flooding in her apartment this winter. The management refuses to provide adequate repairs, and the floors are severely damaged, leading to an unsafe environment in which it is difficult to walk around barefoot as the tiling is coming off and protruding sharply upwards. These crocs would allow Shauntay to walk around comfortably and safely in her apartment, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her kids.

Shauntay is an incredible young woman who has overcome significant hardships in her life. During her childhood, she faced many challenges within her family of origin, which ultimately led to her placement in the foster care system. Despite these difficult experiences, Shauntay has shown remarkable resilience and strength as she has aged out of the system.
