Vanessa loves to read, make origami, do puzzles and create beautiful art. Vanessa has started to get joy out of exploring nature and being around other people. Living in foster care has been hard for Vanessa and she has been in and out of crisis several times but she continues to have a good attitude. Vanessa is a kind hearted and thoughtful child whose smile lights up a room !
Vanessa is excited to ditch her winter boots and slip into some comfy sneakers. Unfortunately, her only pair of sneakers are broken and she's in need of a new pair for the Spring and Summer. Vanessa would love to pick out her own sneakers to make sure they fit and function properly. There is a shopping trip planned soon and it would make her day to get some new sneakers that feel great on her feet! This is wish 1 of 2.
