Valarie has a thing for mermaids. She just loves everything about them - the ocean, their enchanting world, and the magic they bring. It's no wonder that just thinking about mermaids makes her smile. Valarie's connection to the sea and her dreams of adventure may have inspired her choice of birthday theme. She fell in love with The Little Mermaid movie, and ever since she's been determined to bring that magic into her celebration! She will be so excited to get these decorations for her party!

Valerie is currently in a kinship placement, where she is thriving, though she still misses her mom. She is an energetic and funny girl, very sweet and lovable. Valerie has a deep love for animals; she has a cat, a dog, and a pony, all of whom she adores. She would love to have even more animals. Valerie can identify many different kinds of animals, which impresses everyone she meets.
