Vida is an amazing young lady who was placed in foster care but still finds a reason to smile and help others. Vida likes to volunteer at the food pantry at her church on the weekends. Vida loves school and is a great student. She loves sports and is currently on her high school's girls basketball team. Vida has not allowed her situation to stop her finding joy in the smallest of things.

Vida has worked very hard, and her hard work has paid off. She was accepted into the nursing program at the local college. Vida wants to be a pediatric nurse. Vida attends school full-time while working part-time. She has been saving as much as possible to purchase the items she will need for school. Vida would really appreciate a new pair of all-white tennis shoes for school so that she can purchase the uniforms she will need.
