Nick is an amazing kid. He has been through a great deal over his lifetime but remains positive and focused on his future. During school meetings, his case manager reports that every teacher and care provider speaks to the warm and wonderful person that Nick is. He cares a great deal about his mom and brother and wants to be someday able to provide for them. Nick does exceptionally well in his STEM classes and wants to pursue a career in forensic science. His STEM teacher cannot say enough about Nick's character and drive.

Nick is a great kid who has had a life full of trauma. After spending years with family and in foster care, Nick is back with his mother, who is actively working on her recovery. She has four years of sobriety and is working in the program every day. Nick recently found out he has a rare genetic disorder and must undergo open-heart surgery. When asked what he would like to do with his time, he shared that he wants to learn to play the guitar. This guitar bundle will get him started!
