Kiah is a beautiful little girl who lives with her brother and foster mother. Her foster mother has a strong relationship with Kiahs birth parents, who even named Kiah after foster mom when they saw the amazing love she gave to the sibling. Kiah and her brother are in the very beginning of the adoption process and are extremely bonded to their foster mother. Kiah loves all things Disney. She is doing well in daycare and is making great progress toward her developmental goals. Kiah loves playing dress up and cuddling with her caretakers. She is an absolute delight and copes very well with her brothers medically fragile state. She is very intuitive and understands that her brother needs a lot of attention but foster mom actively does things to shine a spotlight on Kiah and shower her with affection as often as possible.

Kiah is obsessed with all things Disney and is beyond happy for the trip, but foster mom wants to make sure Kiah is getting as much attention and excitement as her brother who has medical challenges. Playing dress up is one of her favorite things and putting on clothes has been very helpful with improving her fine motor skills. Her foster mom wants her to be able to dress up in Disney outfits to give Kiah something she loves for her birthday and to prioritize her interests.
