Despite the challenges she has faced, she is a resilient and positive person. After moving between different cities she is now happy to be living in one place.
Andrea is a new mom who does everything she can to ensure her baby is cared for and well-loved. Living in a desert means that the air is dry, causing her daughter's nose to get congested, and the traditional bulb sucker just isn't doing the job of making sure her baby's nose is clear. Granting this wish would make it easier for Andrea to ensure her baby can breathe freely and without congestion.
