She’s been in and out of foster care twice but hopes to be with her current foster family forever, as adoption appears to be in her future. She loves the family cat and adores playing with her older foster siblings.
Elsie loves all things Barbie! This outfit is perfect because she can be a western Barbie when she goes out to collect candy with her friends! This is Elsie’s first year of trick-or-treating, and she can’t wait! She knows it’s going to be a super fun night!
