Elsie, 7 years old, PA

Elsie is one of the sweetest little girls you will ever meet. Her eyes light up when she talks to you. She’s been in and out of foster care twice but hopes to be with her current foster family forever, as adoption appears to be in her future. She loves the family cat and adores playing with her older foster siblings.
