She was placed to live with her aunt and has been with her ever since. Ya’Kiara is still learning to express how she feels but the one thing she works so hard at is growing and maintaining her education.
Ya’Kiara is looking forward to Halloween. She and a few friends plan to dress up for the occasion. She is especially excited about participating in community events that include trunk-or-treating. Fulfilling this wish will allow her to wear a vampire costume with two of her friends.
