Dakota is a joyful child who is brimming with love and curiosity. He is intelligent but often underestimated in his ability to learn new things, especially when it comes to understanding boundaries. He knows that when his foster parent extends their arm, he should reach for it. When he becomes overstimulated, he responds with laughter, and a comforting hug is all he requires. Dakota has autism and is beginning a new program to support his development.

Dakota adores being outdoors; he is happiest when he's outside. As the weather is getting colder, for his birthday, he would appreciate receiving some warm outfits that would allow him to continue playing outside. Dakota has grown a lot since coming into care and could use some new clothes.
