Raiden is a child with a learning disability. He is the oldest of three and suffers from delayed development. Raiden loves riding his bike, playing basketball, and building with Legos. He comes from a single-parent household, and his mother often struggles to make ends meet. Despite the challenges, Raiden enjoys playing outside.

Raiden and his family recently faced displacement when his mother lost her job. After finding a temporary place to stay, a hurricane damaged the property, resulting in the loss of their few belongings. Raiden and his siblings are now in need of clothing and supplies as they lost all their clothes, toys, shoes, and coats when the hurricane hit their city, forcing them out of their homes.
