With trends and styles changing so rapidly, the opportunity to go shopping will mean a lot to her. This is wish 2 of 2, so that Riley can get several new outfits.

Riley has been in foster care for several years. Her father is deceased, and her mother chose her husband over Riley, so she struggles emotionally. She is very protective of those in her life and enjoys playing sports and fashion.
