Eunice is a dedicated young woman who will do almost anything to achieve her goals. She works full-time, attends school full-time, and balances her life with her partner outside of academics. Eunice has an entrepreneurial spirit and aspires to own multiple homes as her source of income. Recently, she decided to consider transferring to further her education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business. Eunice is an excellent student, often earning A's in her classes. She is funny, honest, and a bit silly. Always curious about life, Eunice is also willing to lend a helping hand to others. Having been in Foster Care, she is proud to be a first-generation college student.

Eunice is about to enter her final term in community college before transferring to a university, but this semester has been particularly challenging for her. With her brother injured, she has taken on the role of his primary caretaker. In addition to juggling her full-time job and coursework, Eunice has been responsible for purchasing his groceries while he waits for unemployment benefits. She ensures that he eats regularly, cleans his home, and provides the support he needs during this difficult time. To help alleviate some of the pressure she is under, Eunice is seeking support in the form of grocery gift cards. This assistance would allow her to focus more on her studies and complete her college education with less worry about her own needs.
